Our client, The CTBTO (Preparatory Commission for the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization), in Vienna, Austria, is looking to hire an SAP Project Manager on a 12 month Fixed Term Employment Contract.

Organizational Background

The Preparatory Commission for the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization with its headquarters in Vienna, Austria is the international organization setting up the global verification system foreseen under the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty (CTBT), which is the treaty banning any nuclear-weapon-test explosion or any other nuclear explosion. The Treaty provides for a global verification regime, including a network of 337 stations worldwide, a communications system, an international data centre and on-site inspections to monitor compliance.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of seven (7) years progressively responsible ERP implementation project management experience;
• At least two (2) SAP implementations (including Finance, asset management, supply chain, procurement (P2P), HR, as examples), as a project manager is essential;
• S/4HANA cloud migration experience is an asset;
• Experience with implementation of various applications including SAP Ariba, Concur, SuccessFactors is an asset;
• Strong understanding of work practices, methods, streams, technology for SAP implementation and migration is essential;
• Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent;
• Project management certification is an asset;
• Business processes management certification is an asset;
• Professional accounting certification and membership in an internationally recognized accounting body is an asset;
• Demonstrated experience in configuration management, data conversion approach, integrations approach, systems testing, cut-over, and end-user training is essential;
• Experience in managing teams and providing guidance for work completion to satisfaction is essential;
• Working with vendors and implementation partner in relation to ERP requirements is essential;
• Managing client relationship with organizational counterparts is essential;
• Working with senior management is essential;
• Thoroughness, excellent analytical and project management skills are essential;
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, focus on impact and respond positively to constructive feedback is essential;
• Previous experience working within international organizations or the public sector is an asset.

• SAP Data migration and Cutover
• SAP System Testing and Training
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Languages

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are essential.

Remuneration

• CTBTO offers an attractive compensation and benefits package in accordance with the policies of the International Civil Service Commission. Salary up to USD $ 107,389 (Tax Free - Subject To Status) + Excellent Benefits.
