Requirements:

—Strong background in computers and cybersecurity.

—Knowledge of crypto asset regulations and compliance tools.

—Experience with risk assessments, audits, and compliance procedures.

—Familiarity with managing cryptographic materials, including their lifecycle (safe custody, handling, and disposal).

—Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical information to various stakeholders.

—Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

—Organizational skills to handle complex information consistently.

—Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities:

—Asset management: Manage, safeguard, and control accountable crypto and COMSEC (Communications Security) material, including maintaining inventory and performing periodic audits.

—Security operations: Implement and verify security measures to prevent compromise, report security breaches immediately, and support investigations into any security incidents.

—Regulatory compliance: Enforce the safeguarding framework to meet regulatory obligations, such as MiCAR, MiFID II, and PSD II/E-Money-Directive, and conduct internal audits to ensure compliance.

—Risk management: Advise on risks related to the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of cryptographic assets and provide guidance on compliance issues.

—Distribution: Distribute crypto and encryption keys to internal users according to established policies and procedures.
