Senior IT Project Manager – Cybersecurity & Infrastructure 🛡️💻

Duration: 1 year from January, extendable

The Role:

We’re looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead multiple IT projects simultaneously, mainly in cybersecurity, networks, servers, and cloud initiatives. You’ll manage the full infrastructure lifecycle and drive improvements in quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 3 to 8 projects or initiatives simultaneously 🔄
• Coordinate resources and ensure smooth project follow-ups
• Identify risks and challenges, communicate proactively, and collaborate with external vendors 🤝
• Prepare and present reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders 📊
• Support onboarding of new team members with peer assistance and coaching

What We’re Looking For:

• Senior experience: 5+ years in IT project management
• Knowledge of MicroFocus tools is a plus
• Experience in insurance, banking, or pharmaceutical sectors is advantageous
• Prince2 certification preferred (methodology in use)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-focused skills 🗣️
• Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to different audiences

• Assignments can range from short-term 30-day projects to multi-year engagements requiring significant coordination
