Fundvis empowers financial institutions with full visibility and automation across all service providers; onboarding, monitoring and regulatory reporting, via a next-generation AI-powered platform. We are on a mission to simplify oversight in the financial industry, replacing cumbersome spreadsheets and manual workflows with a unified, auditable, compliant solution. As we step into our next phase of growth, we’re seeking an accomplished Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology vision and help build the scalable foundation for growth across Europe’s fund industry.

What You’ll Lead

- Guide and inspire a team of six developers, covering frontend, backend, and AI/ML, to deliver high-quality, reliable platform features.

- Lead the technology strategy: architecture, infrastructure, DevOps, AI/ML roadmap, data, APIs, integrations.

- Oversee the evolution of our platform’s product modules including onboarding, due-diligence automation, monitoring, incident management, KPI tracking, and regulatory reporting.

- Ensure our solutions meet real-world regulatory demands and the operational realities of financial institutions.

- Drive scalability, performance, security, and auditability as the platform grows.

- Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and quality within the engineering team.

Who You Are

- Experienced technology leader with a background in SaaS, fintech/regtech, or AI-driven products.

- Skilled at both strategic vision and hands-on execution.

- Strong systems, API, integration, data, and secure SaaS architecture background.

- Comfortable with regulatory/compliance constraints or eager to master them.

- Proven ability to build and mentor high-performing engineering teams.

- Motivated by building new, scalable, high-impact products in a fast-moving environment.
