Business Analyst

Profile: Business Analysis Intermediate (3 years of experience)

Location: Hybrid

Duration: 26/01/2026 – 30/06/2026

Key Details:

Purpose:

• Provide functional support for cash and third-party payment reconciliation.
• Act as liaison between business users and IT.
• Contribute to system enhancements and process improvements.

Main Tasks:

• Daily user support for Back Office systems (payments, reconciliation, compliance).
• Collect and analyze requirements, manage Jira tickets.
• Prepare specifications for new functionalities, recommend process improvements.
• Organize stakeholder meetings, maintain documentation.
• Execute UAT, prepare user manuals, ensure proper handover.

Requirements for the proposed profile:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis (Finance).

• Solid experience in Business Analysis (Finance).
• User support and system configuration experience.
• Knowledge of Cash & Securities Reconciliation tools and SWIFT standards.
• Understanding of financial products and Back Office activities (Treasury, Capital Markets, Lending).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and drafting skills.
