Key Details:
Purpose:
- Provide functional support for cash and third-party payment reconciliation.
- Act as liaison between business users and IT.
- Contribute to system enhancements and process improvements.
Main Tasks:
- Daily user support for Back Office systems (payments, reconciliation, compliance).
- Collect and analyze requirements, manage Jira tickets.
- Prepare specifications for new functionalities, recommend process improvements.
- Organize stakeholder meetings, maintain documentation.
- Execute UAT, prepare user manuals, ensure proper handover.
Requirements for the proposed profile:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis (Finance).
- Solid experience in Business Analysis (Finance).
- User support and system configuration experience.
- Knowledge of Cash & Securities Reconciliation tools and SWIFT standards.
- Understanding of financial products and Back Office activities (Treasury, Capital Markets, Lending).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and drafting skills.
