Job Description

We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our HR team in Delta Hoofddorp, NL office.

Some of the main responsibilities are listed as below:

  • Handle onboarding, offboarding, and employment contract preparation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems
  • Collect and organize data to support payroll processing
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
  • Respond to employee HR-related inquiries and requests
  • Support recruitment, training, and other HR initiatives

Qualifications

  • This is a fully on-site position (remote or hybrid work is not available)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and excellent communication skills
  • Solid understanding and experience of European local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Fluency in English is required
