Project Management Officer

We are currently seeking a proactive and structured Project Management Officer who can take responsibility for optimizing project management processes within complex shipbuilding projects. Function:

In this role, you will optimize project management processes, ensure compliance with industry standards, and facilitate smooth communication across all project stakeholders.

Specific duties in this role include:

• Develop, implement, and improve standardized project and process management procedures.
• Support project monitoring activities, including schedules, budgets, performance indicators, and documentation.
• Prepare project plans, progress reports, and risk assessments for management.
• Act as a point of coordination between project managers, line managers, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Quality and Risk teams to maintain standards, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, safety requirements, and internal procedures.
• Contribute to evaluating and implementing new technologies to improve process control, quality, and efficiency.
