Job Title: Project Manager (Yacht Projects)

Location: Antalya

Employment Type: Full-time (office + site)

Education: BSc in Engineering (Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering)

• Preferred: Project management certification (PMP/PRINCE2) is a plus

Experience: Minimum 8 years

Language: English (advanced; negotiation/reporting)

Tools: CAD + ERP + Planning tools

Role Summary

Lead yacht projects end-to-end (scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk), aligning production, design, procurement, and stakeholders to deliver on time and to standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Own project baseline: scope, schedule, budget, resources, critical path
• Lead cross-functional execution across production, design, procurement, quality, subcontractors
• Manage owner/class/suppliers; prepare and lead audits and inspections
• Drive risk/issue management with early escalation and mitigation actions
• Control changes: technical/commercial impact analysis and approvals
• Oversee commissioning/sea trials, delivery readiness, and close-out documentation

Requirements

• Engineering degree
• 8+ years in yacht/boat project management (hands-on delivery experience required)
• Strong leadership, prioritization, and problem-solving under pressure
• ERP-driven project performance tracking mindset (cost, commitments, progress)
• Planning expertise (MS Project/Primavera or equivalent)
• Advanced English communication and reporting
