Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Software Developer/ Scrum Master to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Contribute in a dual-capacity role, with approximately 20% Scrum Master responsibilities and 80% hands-on Android application development
- Lead and support agile ceremonies, ensuring smooth team collaboration and effective delivery
- Develop, optimize and maintain high-quality Android applications
- Work daily with Git, Jira and Android Studio to drive efficient development workflows
- Apply knowledge of AOSP and Android Automotive OS to build functionality aligned with platform requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication, well-defined requirements and alignment throughout the development cycle
- Take ownership of tasks and proactively drive progress with a strong producer mindset
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data or electrical engineering
- Extensive experience in Android application development
- Strong proficiency in Git, Jira and Android Studio
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master
- Familiarity with AOSP and Android Automotive OS
- Fluency in both Swedish and English
- Self-driven mindset with the ability to take ownership and deliver independently
- Meriting knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and/or embedded system
