The Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives. This role requires strong leadership skills, efficient workflow management, and a basic knowledge of the art world to understand our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, scope, and budget
Manage and mentor large, cross-functional teams
Implement efficient workflows and monitor timely submissions
Communicate clearly with stakeholders, providing regular progress updates
Allocate and manage resources (budget, tools, personnel)
Identify and mitigate risks with contingency plans
Ensure deliverables meet the highest quality standards
Apply art market knowledge to align with project goals

Requirements

6-7 years of proven project management experience with complex projects and large teams
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Basic knowledge and interest in the art world
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Project management tools: Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com
Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall
