Job Title: Level 1 Cloud Engineer (AWS Certified)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Level 1 Cloud Engineer to provide first-line support and basic cloud operations for AWS environments. This role is ideal for candidates with foundational cloud knowledge and an AWS certification, looking to grow their career in cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 support for AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, and IAM.
• Monitor cloud systems, respond to alerts, and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Assist with user access, configurations, and routine operational tasks.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers with detailed documentation.
• Maintain accurate incident and request logs in the ticketing system.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and documentation updates.

Requirements:

• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or AWS Solutions Architect – Associate.
• Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and AWS services.
• Familiarity with Linux/Windows server administration is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools and ITIL processes is a bonus.

Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
