We design and deliver the Queensland Government's flagship graduate program, managing all aspects of advertising, recruitment, learning and development, sector-wide rotations, HR services, and stakeholder engagement. - Lead best-practice bulk recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent, with a strong focus on diversity and inclusion to meet sector-wide targets
- Design and deliver a contemporary, fit-for-purpose learning and development program that equips graduates with the skills and capabilities needed for a successful career in the public sector
- Oversee and influence meaningful sector-wide rotations that provide graduates with diverse opportunities that foster professional growth
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the program aligns with workforce priorities and delivers exceptional outcomes.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across all aspects of the program to maintain its reputation as a leader in graduate development.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
