🎯 Product Owner / Business Analyst IT

Are you comfortable acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, development teams, and end users? Do you know how to transform an idea into a structured, actionable, and impactful solution within complex environments?

As part of strategic projects in Belgium, we’re looking for experienced Product Owners or Business Analysts to join our teams and support our clients, particularly in the banking, insurance, energy, and transportation sectors.

Your mission: align business needs with digital solutions in demanding, fast-paced, and multicultural contexts.

📋 Your responsibilities

• Collect, prioritize, and formalize business needs into clear deliverables (user stories, UATs, functional specs, BPMN, ...)
• Lead functional workshops, conduct impact analyses, and draft core project documentation
• Collaborate closely with development teams to challenge proposed solutions
• Manage product backlogs and lead agile ceremonies (daily, sprint planning, retrospectives…)
• Contribute to test strategy and user acceptance phases
• Take on hybrid responsibilities depending on context (PO / Project Manager): planning, coordination, budget tracking
• Support change management and help users adopt new features and systems

👤 Profile

• Master’s degree in engineering, business, or IT-related field
• 4 to 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in IT, digital, ERP,...
• Strong command of process modeling, with proven use of BPMN
• Familiar with SAP (CRM, ERP, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies (certification is a plus)
• Proficient with tools such as Jira, Confluence, test suites, and prototyping/documentation platforms
• Able to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams
• Role based in Brussels or nearby; hybrid or onsite missions depending on clients
• Languages: fluent in either French or Dutch (at least one at C2 level), and full working proficiency in English
