What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy and goals.
- Define and manage project scope, roadmap, budget, timeline, resources, and risk mitigation plans.
- Oversee multiple projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing interdependencies.
- Engage and influence stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Implement and improve project management methodologies and best practices across teams.
- Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues, ensuring minimal impact on delivery.
- Mentor junior project managers and team members to enhance overall delivery capability.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (GDPR, DORA) and corporate governance standards.
- 4+ years of experience managing complex IT projects.
- Experience working on public sector projects.
- Proven track record delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting business objectives.
- Deep understanding of software delivery lifecycle, Agile, and hybrid project management methodologies.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient with Jira and/or other project management tools (e.g., Trello, MS Project).
- CompTia, Prince certification in project management is an advantage.
- Ability to influence and drive change in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English language (at least B2 level, written and spoken).
