We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our Business-to-Government Unit, where we work with public sector organizations to deliver IT projects that enable digital transformation, streamline operations, and improve access to government services.
In this role, you will lead projects from initiation to delivery, collaborating with government stakeholders and internal development teams to define requirements, manage expectations, mitigate risks, and ensure successful implementation. You will also support organizational change and help teams adopt new technologies effectively.

What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy and goals.
- Define and manage project scope, roadmap, budget, timeline, resources, and risk mitigation plans.
- Oversee multiple projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing interdependencies.
- Engage and influence stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Implement and improve project management methodologies and best practices across teams.
- Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues, ensuring minimal impact on delivery.
- Mentor junior project managers and team members to enhance overall delivery capability.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (GDPR, DORA) and corporate governance standards.
- 4+ years of experience managing complex IT projects.
- Experience working on public sector projects.
- Proven track record delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting business objectives.
- Deep understanding of software delivery lifecycle, Agile, and hybrid project management methodologies.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient with Jira and/or other project management tools (e.g., Trello, MS Project).
- CompTia, Prince certification in project management is an advantage.
- Ability to influence and drive change in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English language (at least B2 level, written and spoken).
