Job Title: Project Manager – Data Centre Construction

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high-tech Pharma construction project in Amsterdam. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the project from planning to completion, including fit-out packages, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule targets are met. This is a unique opportunity to work on a state-of-the-art facility with a leading international construction contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of the data centre project, including fit-out packages, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Develop, monitor, and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Implement quality control procedures to meet technical and contractual requirements.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Report regularly on project progress to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction projects, preferably Pharma or high-tech facilities, with experience managing fit-out packages.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in an international, multicultural environment.
• Fluent in English
• Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Construction Engineering or equivalent.
