We are looking for a Python / Node.js Backend Developer to join our Client's team on a hybrid working model from Lisbon or Porto.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services and APIs
• Contribute to system architecture and technical decision-making
• Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, DevOps, and product stakeholders
• Participate in code reviews and promote best development practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues, ensuring stability and reliability

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in software development
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a strong background in software development
• Proficiency in Python and Node.js
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
