We are now looking for a UI UX Designer who wants to help shape the future of hockey technology.

The Role

As a UI UX Designer at Elite Prospects, you will own the design value chain for your team. You will lead everything from user research and understanding briefs to concept development, sketching, and handover to developers.

This role requires more than designing within existing constraints. You will need to immerse yourself in the full customer journey, identify opportunities, and propose new ways of packaging or rethinking solutions to achieve the best possible user experience. Your ability to understand users, data, and the complexity of the product will be central to your daily work.

You will work independently as the sole designer in a cross functional team together with product manager and developers. At the same time, you will have access to senior designers who can provide feedback and act as a sounding board for ideas.

Who You Are

Requirements

• University degree in engineering or a similar relevant field
• Minimum five years of experience working in UI UX across the full process from ideation to implementation and iteration
• Experience working with complex digital products - both web & app - catering to several different user groups
• Experience in data visualization is a strong plus
• Fluency in both Swedish and English
• Strong interest in and knowledge of hockey
• Confident in your professional role and comfortable working independently in cross functional teams

• Action oriented with the ability to turn abstract ideas into concrete concepts and designs that create value
• Curious about new tools and ways of working, and comfortable experimenting with AI to improve your design workflow

Team and Workplace

You will join our Product and Tech team based at our main office in central Stockholm. We also have a tech office in Malmö as well as team members working remotely across Europe, North America, and Thailand.
