You’ll work side-by-side with developers to harden CI/CD pipelines, refine observability systems, and push automation deep into every layer of deployment. Required Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in AWS environments and services including EC2, AutoScaling, CloudWatch, RDS, S3, and CloudFormation
- Strong experience with Kubernetes (k3s), Docker, and Helm, including production-grade deployments
- Hands-on use of configuration and IaC tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and GitLab CI, plus deep Linux expertise
- Experience integrating monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus or Zabbix
- Familiarity with centralized logging using ELK stack and log-driven troubleshooting
- Background with build systems (GNU Make, Autotools, or Gradle) and virtualization tools like VMWare vSphere
- Hands-On Engineering: 75%
- Team Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work: 25%
