- Understanding of Process Management (process mapping, control evaluation).
- Ability to execute or supervise permanent controls within IT/Data domains.
Technical & Domain Knowledge
- Knowledge of IT & Cybersecurity control frameworks (or ability to learn quickly).
- Understanding of Data-related processes (data governance, data quality, data lifecycle) – at least interest in Data domain.
Tools & Reporting
- Ability to work with risk management or GRC tools.
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint).
