Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement REST APIs for our transactional processing system.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure smooth integration of system components.
- Implement unit tests to ensure code quality.
- Participate in the design and implementation of microservices architectures.
- Optimize the performance and scalability of applications.
- Document code and implemented solutions.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas.
- 2+ years of experience in backend development.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in Python (Django) and/or TypeScript and/or Go.
- Familiarity with microservices architectures.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience working in agile teams.
- Proficiency in Git.
- Experience in developing REST services and APIs.
- Experience in implementing unit tests.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Implementation of unit tests.
- Familiarity with Linux environments.
- Experience using Docker.
- Ability to read documents in English.
- Mode: 100% remote with flexible hours (option for in-office work at DOT, Buenos Aires).
