About The Role
As a Senior Tech Recruiter, you’ll specialize in sourcing and hiring top technical talent for engineering, product, and technology roles. You’ll partner closely with tech leaders to define success profiles and deliver a seamless recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for technical roles: intake, sourcing, assessment, offer, and closing.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview plans.
- Design and execute sourcing strategies targeting tech talent across multiple channels.
- Build and maintain pipelines for niche and senior technical positions; conduct market mapping.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and structured assessments.
- Track and interpret recruiting analytics to improve hiring outcomes.
- Collaborate with Employer Branding to craft compelling job ads and represent the company at tech events.
- Contribute to TA improvement projects and technology adoption initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with hiring standards and data integrity in ATS.
- 3–5 years of tech recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
- Proven success engaging passive candidates and filling niche technical roles.
- Strong understanding of tech talent markets and technical role requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven approach; proficient in reporting and analytics.
- Expertise with ATS systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter); proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
