We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Scrum Master with at least 3 years of experience supporting the delivery of software and technical products. You will guide Agile teams, remove impediments, optimize workflows, and ensure smooth delivery within a multinational and collaborative environment.

✍️ WHAT YOU WILL DO?

• Lead and facilitate all Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove team impediments or coordinate with the right stakeholders to resolve them quickly.
• Manage, track, and monitor team tasks, workflow, and progress using ServiceNow.
• Support development teams in optimizing processes, identifying roadblocks, and improving delivery efficiency.
• Ensure proper communication and documentation using standard Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Collaborate effectively within a diverse, multicultural team environment and foster strong team dynamics.
• Coordinate release schedules and ensure alignment between teams and stakeholders.
• Apply Agile best practices to drive continuous improvement and high team performance.

🧐 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

• Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree
• Advanced English Language - C1
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proven experience guiding Agile teams in software or technical product delivery.
• Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and hands-on facilitation of Scrum events.
• Experience in workflow and process optimization.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in sprint planning, execution, and backlog organization.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting technical and project delivery requirements.
• Experience in multicultural or multinational environments.
• Experience using ServiceNow for backlog management and tracking.
• Experience working with validated systems (GxP).
• Strong command of standard Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Work Model: Hybrid, office is located in Madrid
• Work Schedule: Office hours, from 9AM to 6PM (occasional weekend support may be required for deployment activities).
