Human Resource Business Partner - Permanent - Galway

Responsibilities:

• To provide support to the site in the areas of talent management, compensation and benefits, organisation effectiveness, legislative compliance, employee records, HR best practice – policies and procedures, onboarding
• To provide guidance and support to ensure harmonious employee relations.
• Talent management, retention, and development
• Organisational Design and Effectiveness
• Employment Legislation and Regulatory Compliance
• Compensation and Benefits
• HRIS - employee records on Workday
• Operational Excellence Culture
• Drive a culture of harmonious employee relations
• Support and Lead the philosophy of open communication and teamwork
• Liaise with industry and academic institutes where necessary

Requirements:

• A Bachelors Degree, preferably in Human Resource Management of Business, and/ or membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.
• 3 to 5 years of related experience so that the incumbent can draw from previous experience and knowledge in guiding, advising, and supporting the business in the issues that require Human Resource Support.
