About The Role
You will be part of the Mobility Tribe working as a digital Product Owner. As an experienced professional you will bring valuable knowledge into the Product Owner Community and participate in evolving our way of working with product management. You will lead the work in your Squad (agile team), collect business requirements, research the user needs, prioritize the initiatives and be the stakeholders point of contact. As a senior member of the PO community, we would like you to bring insight into discussions and to coach junior PO colleagues in working within large and complex agile settings.
What can we offer you?
If is a good place to work. We strive for a healthy balance between work and personal life, and we take care of each other.
Some of the benefits we enjoy as employees at if include:
Most of your day to day work will happen within the Tribe. Party with other POs, partly with stakeholders and partly with your agile team. When it comes to reporting lines, you will be part of a group of Digital Managers reporting to the Mobility Tribe Business Owner. We all work to make car insurance a little bit more hustle free and smooth.
Who are you?
You have quite extensive previous experience from the PO role, preferably from a larger organization with high complexity and dependencies. You’re used to managing stakeholder expectations and communication as well as coaching colleagues and participating in continuously improving the way of working. You are opinionated and express your ideas and thoughts, but you’re also a good listener.
If you’ve worked within finance or insurance previously that is a big plus, even better if you’re experienced with working with mainframe teams. In this particular role it’s necessary to speak Swedish fluently.
These are some personal traits we think you might recognize in yourself:
- You care about the wellbeing of others and yourself
- You have a strong moral compass
- You like working together with others but can also take on tasks yourself
- You like to solve problems and complexity gets you excited
- You like to grow your network and use it to solve problems
- You get stuff done.
