As a Global Wellbeing Specialist, you will be a part of Nasdaq’s Global Benefits team.

This includes supporting the design of new global wellbeing initiatives and ensuring successful implementation and ongoing management.

In this role you will:

  • Support the day-to-day management of our various global wellbeing programs, including administration and invoicing.
  • Partner with the Benefits Communication & Engagement team to drive awareness of our various wellbeing programs through the design and delivery of communication campaigns and assets for both employees and organizational leaders.
  • Assist with the management of wellbeing related data to influence new programs and assess program impact.
  • Support administration of programs, including invoicing. Prepare reports and manage benefit related data as well administration in regard to invoices for payment and benefit renewal.
  • Partner with Regional Benefits Leads and People Partners to identify and onboard new wellbeing programs that are globally aligned, locally-relevant and align with broader benefits programs and initiatives.
  • Leverage employee feedback as well as data from internal and external sources to identify trends and best practices in global wellbeing.
  • Interpret, apply and maintain knowledge of relevant regulations, employment laws and other requirements globally.
  • Partner with various employee groups and site leadership to deliver relevant and consistent wellbeing content globally.

The Best-Suited Candidate:

  • Thrives in a fast-paced global context and understands the dynamics of matrix organizations and virtual teams
  • Has partnering experience and values and understands the importance of cross team collaboration
  • Has strong presentation skills.
  • Has knowledge and experience in best practices in health and wellbeing
  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience – within Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Management or relevant work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
  • Ability to flex schedule to accommodate meetings with global Benefits and People teams, as needed.

What happens now?

This is a full-time permanent position located in Vilnius. Nasdaq offers a hybrid workplace to find a balance between working from home and collaborating in the office, therefore it's required to come into the office at least 2 days per week.

Monthly base salary 2500-3000 EUR gross. The final offer will be based on your experience and skills.

About Nasdaq Vilnius

Our Vilnius office is in the modern K29 business center, easily accessed via bus, but we also offer bike storage.
