Quality Assurance Specialist

VASS is actively looking for a five Test Engineer Specialist to work for our client EIB in Luxembourg.

Job responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, cases for mobile and web applications.
• Develop and execute test scripts for mobile and web applications (only for automation engineers).
• Automate regression and functional testing for React and Java-based applications (only for automation engineers).
• Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system stability.
• Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve defects.
• Maintain and enhance the test suite to cover new features.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in the testing tool Selenium (only for automation engineers).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins (only for automation engineers).
• Familiarity with Agile testing strategies.
• Strong understanding of QA processes and bug lifecycle management.
• Knowledge in Jira and XRay.
• 2 profiles should be specialized more on the automation testing and 3 profiles on the manual testing.

Mandatory Experience:

The proposed profiles must have experience working on projects related to:

• Banking applications
• Lending Applications (i.e. Guarantee Calls, Cash & Liquidity Management, Rate Setting, Advisory Services, Capital Markets, Mandate
• Management)
• Preferred Qualifications / Experience:
• Experienced in working in international organizations.
• Experience in working in English.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (i.e. JMeter)
