What You’ll Do
- Run and evaluate experiments on the latest vision and VLM architectures
- Build and maintain high-quality benchmark and test datasets for model validation
- Monitor model performance and data quality in production-like environments
- Improve and extend internal tools for dataset management and experiment tracking
- Collaborate with engineers to package and test models for deployment
- Contribute to model refinement by identifying failure modes and suggesting improvements
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in AI, Computer Vision, Robotics or related field
- Strong Python and PyTorch skills; comfortable with scripting and automation
- Experience working with large datasets, fine-tuning or evaluation pipelines
- Curious about real-world VLM applications and data-driven model improvement
- Detail-oriented, proactive and eager to learn from hands-on experimentation
You’ll help keep our AI models sharp — running experiments, refining datasets and ensuring quality before production. Your work directly improves model performance and speeds up how fast new research reaches customers.
