Senior Product Manager

Position: Senior Product Manager (PMA)

Location: Geneva

Start Date: 01 Jan 2025, or as agreed

Contract: Full time employment, remote/hybrid

Mission:

The PMA is responsible for the development and design of new SaMD (software as a medical device) products for our business. Working in close collaboration with a team of Project Managers, Software Engineers, Sales and Marketing professionals, the PMA is specialized in software product management, owning end-to-end product delivery in line with business objectives and timelines.

KEY REQUIREMENT: Strong knowledge of software development product life cycle, ideally in SaMD.

Key Responsibilities:

• The PMA is responsible for the full product portfolio and future features roadmap and will connect business strategy, customer needs, and product knowledge to build the most valuable products for the market
• Acting as the product champion, internally and externally, guiding and leading the product line according to the latest trends and industry requirements.
• You will identify key product features and ensure product development and successful market deployment in accordance with established timelines and business objectives.
• Act as a bridge between business strategy and the project management teams, the PMA will continuously communicate and interact with stakeholders across the company (customers, business managers, development teams),.
• Lead and drive all product development related activities to ensure that goals are clear and that the product vision is aligned with business objectives.
• Manage priorities in accordance with the needs and objectives of the various stakeholders while managing the products features backlog to ensure that established timelines are met.

What do you need to succeed?

• Primary degree in any industry related discipline e.g. business, biomechanical engineering, science/ medicine/radiology, computer science, engineering.
• MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline or the equivalent in experience is a plus.
• Project Management Certification: PMP, ACP, CSM, Prince2 etc., a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years industry relevant experience, including at least 4 years’ experience as a Senior Product Manager / Lead, or other relevant position, ideally in a AI or SaMD business environment.
• Strong knowledge of software development product life cycle - ESSENTIAL
