About The Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Crypto Investment Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in generating data-driven insights and decision-making for our investment products. You will conduct deep research, analyse crypto projects and provide actionable intelligence to enhance our crypto product offerings, and will be involved into implementing and monitoring the decisions with a focus on liquid tokens and VC projects.

• Perform comprehensive analysis of cryptocurrency markets, including tokenomics, market trends, and project fundamentals.
• Conduct due diligence on blockchain projects, evaluating protocols, ecosystems, and underlying technologies.
• Monitor and interpret macroeconomic, regulatory, and technological developments.
• Identify and assess investment opportunities in cryptocurrencies, tokens, platforms, and blockchain startups.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on market findings and investment recommendations to communicate research and analysis in an actionable manner.
• Develop and maintain models to evaluate potential returns, risks, and the impact of various market scenarios.
• Optimize and implement investment strategies.
• Take responsibility in portfolio management and monitoring.
• Track and report on portfolio performance and risk metrics using on-chain and off-chain data.
• Stay informed on industry developments and build relationships with key players in the crypto space, including project teams, exchanges, and institutional investors.
  
  

Our ideal candidate

The ideal candidate is analytical, and has a strong understanding of blockchain technology, crypto markets, and the broader decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystem as well as interest in investment management.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, computer science, data analytics, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) are a plus.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized finance (DeFi).
• Quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities, proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Python, R, or SQL desired.
• Familiarity with blockchain data tools (e.g., Glassnode, Nansen, Dune Analytics) is highly desirable.
• 2–5 years of experience in investment analysis, financial research, or a similar role, preferably in crypto or fintech.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and evaluate investment opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in building financial models and conducting valuation analyses.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Collaborative team player with a passion for crypto and investment management.
• Knowledge of traditional financial markets and asset management is a plus.
