🚀 C++ Software Engineer – Ultra-Low Latency Trading Systems

We are partnered with a leading quantitative trading firm who are building cutting-edge, ultra-low latency, high-throughput trading platforms. As a C++ Software Engineer, you will collaborate directly with traders, researchers, and engineers to design, benchmark, and optimize systems that operate at nanosecond scale.
You’ll play a critical role in taking projects from conception to live deployment, driving innovation across the frameworks that underpin the firm’s trading applications, and tuning performance to extract every microsecond of efficiency.
This is a chance to join a world-class engineering team, recognized for pushing the boundaries in high performance computing and financial technology.
What we’re looking for:
- Advanced proficiency in C/C++ systems development within Linux
- Strong background in performance tuning & low-latency optimization
- Proven track record of building high performance, latency-sensitive software
- Deep understanding of network development and low-level systems
- Solid grasp of hardware stack & architecture from a latency perspective
- Knowledge of network protocols
- Experience writing assembly code (desirable)
- Advanced knowledge of OS internals and the Linux kernel
