We are actively recruiting a Cybersecurity Service Manager to oversee our clients’ IT security operations, services, and delivery. This role ensures vendors meet SLAs, security tools are properly implemented and used, user needs are met, and the business is protected from cyber threats. You will lead the overall management of cybersecurity services, ensuring they run effectively and deliver value.


The Role: As the Cybersecurity Service Manager, you will develop a clear plan for how security services should operate and support the organization. You will help design and implement key security services, including tools for user access management, device protection, and threat monitoring. You will ensure these services run smoothly every day and resolve issues by coordinating with the right teams when needed. You will also ensure all services comply with company policies, security standards, and legal requirements. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to maintain reliable, up-to-date services. You will gather user feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, lead responses to security-related issues, and manage the budget to make informed decisions about tools and resources.


The Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate has experience in IT or cybersecurity, particularly in managing or supporting IT services. You should understand common security tools and service processes and be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. The role requires someone organized, proactive, and skilled at problem-solving. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or ITIL are a plus. Candidates with 7+ years of experience in IT security or service management are preferred.
