Job Summary

We’re looking for an ERP Solution Architect to support our team in Qatar. Key Responsibilities:

• Design scalable, robust, and secure Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud architectures aligned with business goals.
• Define end-to-end solution design including functional, technical, and integration components.
• Conduct solution workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose best practices.

2. Implementation & Configuration

• Lead configuration and deployment of the following Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud modules:
• Sourcing
• Procurement Contracts
• Purchasing
• Self-Service Procurement (SSP)
• Inventory Management
• Demand & Supply Planning
• OTM (Oracle Transportation Management)
• WMS (Warehouse Management System)
• EAM (Enterprise Asset Management)
• Oversee functional setups, testing, migration, and production deployment.

3. Integration Leadership

• Lead SCM integrations with enterprise systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, and Enterprise Messaging Platform.
• Define integration patterns, data flows, and error-handling frameworks.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless and scalable integration design.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to deliver solutions within scope and timelines.
• Conduct requirement analysis, fit-gap sessions, and solution walkthroughs.
• Support UAT, training, hypercare, and post-go-live activities.

5. Governance & Documentation

• Ensure compliance with architectural standards, security, and data governance policies.
• Prepare functional design documents (FDs), configuration workbooks, integration specs, and test scripts.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and propose enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical / Functional Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud modules (Sourcing, Procurement, Inventory, Planning, WMS, OTM, EAM).
• Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, file-based integrations, orchestration flows, and enterprise messaging.
• Deep understanding of supply chain processes: sourcing, procurement, logistics, warehouse, planning, and asset management.
• Experience with large-scale Oracle Cloud implementations or migrations.
