🗓 Work Arrangement

• In-office: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday

🔧 About the Role

Reporting to the Technical Delivery Manager, you’ll develop and maintain front-end features across web (React/TypeScript) and mobile (Flutter for Android/iOS). You’ll work closely with the Senior Front-End Developer to bring more development in-house, improve delivery speed, and standardise front-end practices.

You’ll also support the Core Systems and QA teams in triaging UI issues, ensuring smooth integration and a consistent user experience across the product suite.

💼 Key Responsibilities

Front-End Development

• Build and maintain responsive web apps using React and TypeScript
• Develop cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter (Dart) for Android & iOS
• Support native mobile development (Kotlin/Java, Swift) where required
• Integrate apps with backend APIs, services, and authentication systems
• Assist with component libraries, design systems, theming, and accessibility
• Contribute to UX/UI improvements

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with the Senior Front-End Developer to standardise and streamline practices
• Collaborate with QA & Core Systems teams to reproduce and resolve UI issues
• Participate in sprint planning, agile ceremonies, and DevOps processes
• Support build, packaging, and deployment workflows

Modernisation & Continuous Improvement

• Assist with migration of legacy components to React and Flutter
• Implement automated UI testing (unit & integration)
• Contribute to documentation and shared knowledge bases
• Suggest improvements for performance, maintainability, and usability

🧠 Key Skills & Experience

Required:

• 3–5 years’ experience in front-end or mobile development
• Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript
• Hands-on development with Flutter (Dart)
• Familiarity with mobile toolchains (Android Studio, Xcode)
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and optimisation
• Git experience and team-based workflows

Desirable:

• Native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) development
• Experience publishing apps to Google Play / Apple App Store
• Analytics, push notifications, or in-app messaging integration
• Collaboration with UI/UX teams (Figma, Zeplin)
• Automated testing tools (Jest, RTL, Flutter Test)
• CI/CD experience for web & mobile builds

🎓 Qualifications

• 3–5 years software development experience
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Electrical Engineering (CS major ideal)
