Scrum Master - Superannuation - FinTech

Permanent salary: $160k + super.

Location: Sydney CBD

This is a 24 month Fixed Term position.

Do you have experience working as a Scrum Master for a FinTech in the Superannuation industry?

Our client are an Australian FinTech, with a global footprint.

This will not be a siloed environment. You'll be working with a geographically dispersed team, helping our clients numerous clients across the financial services industry, but predominantly in the superannuation space.

As this is FinTech, we're looking for a Scrum Master who's flexible, you're not a stickler for processes and you're comfortable working in a start-up environment or an enterprise environment.

What experience is needed?

Extensive Scrum Master experience in a SAFe Agile environment

What's the process?

This is an immediate start. Our client are happy to wait 4 weeks notice for the right candidate. A very straightforward interview process. MS Teams call with the hiring manager and then 1 further MS Teams call with a peer.
