The perfect candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree and possess up to 5 years of experience in agile environments, ideally as a Scrum Master. You should be well-versed in Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban and have basic knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, and Azure DevOps. The role requires fluency in Dutch, with a good command of English and French. Key attributes include:

- Strengthening team cohesion and communication while fostering an environment of transparency and collaboration.
- Assisting the Product Owner in managing and refining the product backlog while maintaining a focus on value creation.
- Promoting an agile mindset and participating in agile practices within the organization.

- Fluency in Dutch, English, and a good knowledge of French.
- Full-time availability.
