What You’ll Do

• Proactively source and engage IT and software talent globally, focusing on roles like Software Engineers, Backend/Frontend Developers, DevOps Engineers, and Data Specialists.
• Build pipelines for key technical teams, including Software Development, Cloud Engineering, and Data Analytics.
• Leverage AI-driven sourcing tools and analytics to enhance efficiency and discover untapped talent pools.
• Partner with hiring managers to design strategies for identifying and securing top talent.
• Develop relationships with candidates from diverse backgrounds, including bootcamps, universities, and other non-traditional tech pathways.
• Promote Talan’s employer brand while ensuring a seamless and exceptional candidate experience.
• Use data and insights to refine recruitment processes and deliver fast, high-quality outcomes.

• Proven experience sourcing IT talent, ideally in LATAM markets.
• Experience managing recruiting processes end-to-end.
• 3+ years of experience in Software technical recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Expertise with recruitment systems and AI-powered sourcing tools.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
