Front-End UI/UX developer

📣 We’re Hiring: Frontend UI/UX Engineer (Vilnius / Hybrid)

💰 €3000–6000 gross (depending on experience)

We’re looking for a skilled Frontend Engineer to join our growing team and help build the next generation of our SaaS, analytics, and AI-driven products.

✔ If you enjoy autonomy, solving complex UI challenges, and shaping how a product looks and works end-to-end, this role is for you.

🔹 What you’ll do

- Own the full suite of SaaS, analytics & AI-driven features

You’ll take responsibility for building dashboards, insights, alert/notification flows, media monitoring interfaces, and everything in between.

- Maintain and evolve our design system

You’ll work within our existing Figma component library, extend it for new modules, ensure consistency across screens, and support scalability from ultrawide screens to mobile.

- Be a key decision maker in UI/UX

You’ll work closely with engineers, data/analytics teams, and sales stakeholders to translate business and data needs into intuitive product experiences.

- Take full ownership of UI implementation

You’ll make key UI decisions independently (while collaborating with engineering), owning the full cycle from kickoff to development handoff, testing, and production rollout.

- Demonstrate strong product & technical thinking

You’ll understand product logic, data flows, multi-tenant SaaS constraints, and interaction patterns across mobile and web — and reflect that understanding in your work.

- Work in a startup-style environment

You’ll thrive in a fast-moving context with evolving priorities and plenty of room to shape how we build products.

🔹About you

✔ You have 3+ years of experience in frontend development, ideally with B2B SaaS, analytics, or data-heavy products.

✔You’ve worked on SaaS/analytics/B2B dashboards, understand users who deal with metrics and insights, and have experience building for both mobile and web.

✔You are comfortable working with or extending design systems and know how to turn Figma components into scalable, production-ready UI.

✔ You enjoy startup environments: ambiguity, rapid changes, and wearing multiple hats energize you.

✔ You’re proficient with React (or similar modern JS frameworks) and understand how to build robust, scalable frontend architecture.

✔ You’re fluent in Figma, knowledgeable about component-driven thinking, prototyping, and smooth collaboration with designers and engineers.

✔ You’re naturally curious — you stay up to date with new technologies, patterns, and tools, and you’re excited to apply them in real products.
