Head of Analytics

At Noda we’re building seamless Open Banking solutions that make payments smarter, faster, and safer. 

We’re now looking for a Head of Analytics who is fully hands-on and ready to drive both operational and managerial reporting. 

Your responsibilities:  

• Building operational and management reporting.
• Organizing the work of the analytics department (3 ppl).
• Collaboration with stakeholders.

Your skills and experience:

• SQL (advanced level).
• Python (data processing, automation, and analytics).
• Power BI (data modelling, dashboards, and self-service analytics).
• Proven experience building and leading an analytics team.
• Ability to design, own, and maintain operational and management reporting.
• Experience working with complex datasets, data pipelines, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into data solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive leadership mindset.
