Data & Analytics Group Manager

📣We are looking for a Data & Analytics Group Manager to join our Product & Analytics team to continuously improve operational processes, increase efficiency, and implement new opportunities that support our business goals!

What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee the entire data organization, including Data Science, Data Analytics, and BI teams.
• Report directly to the Product & Analytics Sr. Director.
• Manage team members, fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and innovative culture.
• Define and execute the company’s data strategy to drive data-informed decision-making across product, commercial, technology, marketing and operations.
• Ensure delivery of high-impact insights, predictive models, and BI solutions that improve growth, conversion, retention, and revenue.
• Establish data governance, quality, and infrastructure standards for scalable and secure data pipelines.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration to identify opportunities for analytics, personalization, and AI/ML-driven initiatives.

Who You Are

• 10+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or BI, with at least 5 years leading multiple teams.
• Experienced in the implementation and reporting of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, and Adobe Analytics; knowledge of BigQuery is a plus.
• Proficient in Python/R, data modeling, real-time user data analysis, and collaborating with IT teams on AI/ML service integrations.
• Proven experience building and scaling data organizations in e-commerce, retail, or digital consumer businesses.
• Deep knowledge of predictive analytics, machine learning, BI solutions, and data governance.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python/R, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MSTR and modern BI tools.
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and management skills.
• Passionate about fostering a data-driven culture and developing high-performing teams.
• Professional competence in English language.
