Your Responsibilities

/ Supporting new process design, development, analysis and documentation (e.g., stakeholder guidelines, program materials)

/ Support the coordination of talent management activities

/ Contribute analytical support to HR digital transformation initiatives

/ Assist in creating interactive dashboards and visual reports (e.g. PowerBI)

Your Profile

/ Enrolled in a post-graduate program and able to work at least 4 days/week; ongoing studentship is a must

/ Good command of spoken and written English

/ Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); knowledge of Power BI is a big plus

/ Analytical and flexible minded, creative, good team player, self-managed and strong communication skills
