IT Director - Healthcare

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Director to lead our IT department. The role is responsible for overseeing all technology operations, IT infrastructure, healthcare systems, ERP applications, and cybersecurity. The IT Director will ensure that IT systems run smoothly and support the organization’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee IT operations, including infrastructure, networks, servers, storage, and cybersecurity.
• Lead the implementation and integration of EMR, PACS, and other healthcare systems.
• Manage ERP systems (SAP preferred) and ensure proper integration with business workflows.
• Ensure data security, system reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
• Build and manage the IT team, set goals, and monitor performance.
• Prepare and manage the IT budget.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience:
• Minimum 8 years in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with healthcare IT systems, enterprise applications, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
• GCC experience is a plus.

Skills:

• IT infrastructure, networks, servers, virtualization, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity.
• EMR/PACS and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Leadership, communication, and team management skills.
