Location: Vilnius, Lithuania (hybrid arrangement; availability for office presence in Vilnius is expected based on team needs)

Schedule: 1 FTE (40 hours/week)

What You'll Be Doing

As a Junior Software Engineer, you’ll work closely with the CTO and the Development team to build smart solutions for complex business processes. You’ll be part of a growing team, contributing to the development of ERP systems and modern applications using both traditional and low-code technologies.

This is a long-term opportunity with potential to grow alongside an expanding team of engineers and become a low-code technology expert who creates immediate value!

How You'll Spend Your Day

  • Apply OutSystems (low-code application development) while developing ERP systems. No prior experience is required - we provide training and support; motivation and interest are what matter most.
  • Resolve operational problems & bugs
  • Take part in various software development projects (coding, testing, documenting, amending, etc.)
  • Develop brand new, user-friendly applications with modern styling
  • Deliver value by tailoring proven solutions
  • Cooperate with CTO and other Engineers by finding the best business solutions

You'll be successful if you have

  • Around 1 year of experience in .NET development (internships included)
  • Strong knowledge of MS SQL.
  • High Interest in learning OutSystems and becoming a low-code developer
  • Familiarity with C#, Blazor, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core MVC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Basic understanding of processes in companies such as CRM, ERP, and/or WMS
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
