Experis is currently looking for one of its clients based in Luxembourg:

Senior Business Analyst (m/f/x)

Your responsibilities:

• Gather and document detailed business requirements and translate them into clear user stories aligned with Agile practices
• Map workflows, propose process improvements, and support automation to reduce operational risks
• Act as the main point of contact between business teams and IT, ensuring alignment on priorities and deliverables
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and coordinate with impacted teams to manage cross-functional dependencies
• Ensure compliance of requirements and deliverables with internal technology standards and frameworks
• Manage and refine the backlog, prepare stories for development, and participate in Agile ceremonies
• Design test cases, run end-to-end scenarios, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Provide regular progress reports, maintain clear documentation, and support release and production-planning activities

Your profile:

• You have a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• You have solid experience as a Senior Business Analyst in the financial sector
• You are skilled in requirement gathering, process mapping, and Agile user story creation
• You have strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities
• You are comfortable working with technology standards, frameworks, and regulatory constraint
• You have experience in backlog management, testing activities, and Agile delivery.
• You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to deliver clear documentation and reporting
• You are fluent in English (mandatory)
