- Maintaining a close liaison, coordination and dialogue with the SCSP Committee Chair and the delegates of the Nations
- Formulating strategic and operational level policies, plans, projects and budget proposals related to NSPA support to SCSP Nations
- Preparing documents related to SCSP for the NATO Support and Procurement Organisation (NSPO) Committees and SCSP Nations
- Developing and implementing SCSP instructions, procedures and concepts
- Preparing or monitoring the preparation of Statements of Work (SOWs) which fully define the required work or services requested by SCSP nations
- Coordinating logistics requirements for new or changed requirements
- Attending all relevant meetings, working visits, and informal meetings and participate in working groups or other forums at NATO HQ and offsite as needed
- Proactively developing and enhancing a network of key stakeholders to ensure that all factors and impacts of projects, activities and issues are fully considered, and the required decisions are made
- Providing related information to SCSP Members on related project or programme activities as needed

- Basic monthly salary: EUR 10 872.71, tax free - before insurance and pension contributions. This post is deployable. The incumbent of this post may be required to deploy or may be assigned to a remote location, to perform duties (inside or outside a theatre/deployment location) in support of Council approved operations/missions or in support of national or multinational operations/missions authorised by the Agency Supervisory Board of NSPO.

Qualified redundant NATO civilian candidates of the same grade will be considered in priority.
Interviews are expected to be held approximately six weeks after the application closing date. The Talent Acquisition and Development Office shall let you know in due course the outcome of the screening process.
Moreover, due to the broad interest in NSPA and the large number of potential candidates, telephone or email enquiries cannot be dealt with.
