Job Description

We are looking for Software Project Managers/Engineers to be involved in software projects in various Artificial Intelligence fields. The candidates are expected to have understanding of general software design concepts and ability to coordinate project management activities between the project technical team, the customer and the upper management.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Information Systems.
• Minimum 4 years of project management experience.
• Proficiency using YouTrack, GitLab, JIRA, MS Project, TFS ALM and similar for project scheduling and project management functions.
• Maintaining project documentation including schedules, presentations, publications, references, status reports and other similar documents used and produced by the project team.
• Ability to document diligently and carefully.
• Ability to coordinate, organize and manage project events and meetings.
• Ability to prepare and make effective presentations.
• Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a concise and actionable manner.
• High social and communication skills.
• Holding Project Management Certifications is a plus.
• Familiarity to Artificial Intelligence is a plus.
• Ability to sense and spot software design and implementation flaws is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Agile project delivery.
• Experience in requirements management, including gathering, documenting, analyzing and maintaining requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software delivery processes.
• Ability to manage change requests, scope adjustments, and stakeholder expectations.
• Familiarity with software testing processes (test planning, test case review, regression cycles).
• Ability to coordinate UAT.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, vendors, or distributed teams.
• Experience with project KPIs and ability to produce dashboards or executive reports.
