Full Stack Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer. You will work on real life AI problems at Turkey's fastest-growing and best artificial intelligence company. We are a product-oriented company and our products such as ChatBoss are currently used by many institutions. We have now entered the international markets. Skills & Requirements

• BS Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related technical field.
• Having at least 5+ years of professional experience in software development and system design.
• Deep proficiency in developing responsive web applications with React.js (Hooks, Context), Redux Toolkit, and Material UI.
• Advanced proficiency in backend development using ONE of the modern stacks: Node.js (NestJS), Python (FastAPI), or Java (Spring Boot).
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, including schema design, complex queries, performance optimization (Indexing), and JSONB usage.
• Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and ensuring seamless integration between server and client.
• Experience using CI/CD tools (preferably GitLab) and ability to construct automated pipelines for code quality and testing.
• Experience working with Docker and containerization principles.
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Pytest, or JUnit) and writing unit/integration tests.
• Ability to prepare the Technical Architectural Design of features and ensure that the software components are developed accordingly.
• Proactive approach to benchmarking and performance tuning to identify and resolve bottlenecks in both frontend and backend.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and code review processes.
• Experience with build tools and package managers (Webpack, Vite, NPM/Yarn).
