Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to manage, coordinate, and monitor IT projects related to security and infrastructure control systems.
This role ensures compliance with security frameworks, legislation, and governance, while leading cross-functional teams to deliver secure, resilient, and high-quality solutions across RTA.
Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to RTA Information Security policies, ensuring Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of all technical systems and data.
- Prepare and monitor detailed project plans (scope, timeline, resource allocation, risk management, communication).
- Lead planning and implementation of security and monitoring projects including:
- SIEM solutions (Splunk, Sentinel)
- Threat detection & intrusion prevention systems
- Endpoint security projects
- SOC upgrades & enhancements
- Support audits, security assessments, and incident response activities.
- Ensure compliance with frameworks such as ISR, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR and RTA governance policies.
- Monitor project performance using relevant tools and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Manage project changes and risks, ensuring efficiency and minimal disruption.
- Drive continuous improvement, applying lessons learned and refining processes.
- Prepare periodic project status reports for stakeholders and senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including cybersecurity teams, infrastructure specialists, and external vendors, to define requirements and deliverables.
- Strictly follow Information Security data-sharing guidelines, report incidents immediately, and participate in security awareness programs.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
Required Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
- Computer Applications (MCA)
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
Experience Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree: 8 years relevant experience
- Master’s degree: 6 years relevant experience

- PMP – Project Management Professional
- ITIL Certification
- Six Sigma Certification
