Job Description

• Abwicklung und Leitung von internationalen Großpumpenaufträgen
• Gesamtkoordination und Schnittstelle zu Kunden, Einkauf, Verkauf und Engineering
• Führung und Koordination des Projektkernteams
• Projektplanung und –controlling (Projektfortschritt, Kosten und Termine)
• Reporting an Bereichsleitung und Vorstand
• Laufende Risikobewertung und Definition von Maßnahmen zur Risikominderung
• Unterstützung bei der Vertragsgestaltungen und Teilnahme an Verhandlungen
• Sicherstellen der Einhaltung der erforderlichen Qualität im Projekt (QM & QC) bzw. von EHS Anforderungen
  
  

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Maschinenbau bzw. Maschinenbau-Wirtschaft (HTL, FH, Uni)
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Leitung/Abwicklung von technischen Großprojekten
• Ausbildung im Bereich Projektmanagement bzw. PM Zertifizierung ist von Vorteil
• Fundiertes technisches und wirtschaftliches Verständnis für Projektabläufe und –zusammenhänge
• SAP Kenntnisse und Kenntnisse im Bereich Strömungsmaschinen von Vorteil
• Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
• Reisebereitschaft, Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft
• Ausgeprägte Teamorientierung gepaart mit Engagement und Hands-on-Mentalität
• Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
• Ausgezeichnete kommunikative und organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  
  

Additional Information

Wir sind gesetzlich verpflichtet für diese Position das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt von brutto € 4.354,45 / Monat anzuführen. Wir bieten jedoch in jedem Fall eine marktkonforme Bezahlung in Abhängigkeit von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung!
