We are extending our R&D department and are looking for an inspired and thorough person to help us support and assist our CTO - Chief Technical Officer.

RESPONSIBILITES:

• managing and coordinating the work of the R&D department (mechanical design, electronics development, software development, prototyping);

• providing technical knowledge and supervision over the operation and efficiency of the department;

• daily monitoring and supervision of the implementation of work plans and regular reporting to the CTO on the progress;

• active cooperation with the R&D department in the development and implementation of the company's technical strategies;

• collecting, analyzing and systematizing technical requirements and questions for products under development;

• monitoring software and firmware releases and introducing updates for the entire product fleet;

• identifying potential problems in the operations of the department.

REQUIREMENTS:

• good knowledge of the English language;

• experience in the software and firmware field;

• good understanding of operational processes and technical aspects of manufacturing companies;

• good organizational and communication skills;

• diligence and accuracy.
