What You’ll Do
As our BPI Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming how we deliver exceptional service. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
- Be a Strategic Consultant: Lead and support critical Customer Service Roadmap programs, collaborating with Experience Architects, Segment Managers, and Regional Operations Managers.
- Design and Innovate: Analyze, design, and pilot new processes while crafting robust control plans to ensure lasting results.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Shared Services, Policy, and Product teams to assess process impacts and design innovative solutions as part of our Change Management initiatives.
- Data-Driven Decision Maker: Partner with CS Analytics to design process measurement systems, analyze data, and leverage insights to drive meaningful improvements.
- Deliver Results: Lead Lean Six Sigma projects, ensure successful implementation, and transition sustainable solutions to operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Continuous Improvement Projects: Identify opportunities, implement best practices, and measure success through operational metrics.
- Build Relationships: Foster strong connections across cross-functional teams, driving collaboration to achieve common goals.
- Champion Process Excellence: Develop and utilize tools like Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to enhance process reliability and quality.
- Communicate Impact: Present improvement opportunities and progress to senior leadership with compelling business cases backed by data.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: A background in Industrial Engineering or a related field is a big plus!
- Experience: Proven expertise in Business Process Improvement and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Certification: Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a must-have.
- Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities, process diagramming, and a knack for problem-solving. Proficiency in English (read, write, speak) is required.
